6th Anniversary

Last year I shared a story about Ammon and myself that I thought was a good representation of our relationship. I've been really trying to come up with something good for this year, and since it is now 5 days past our anniversary I suppose you can assume that I haven't been too successful.

So instead I thought I'd share what Ammon and I dream of. First off, our dream involves a lot of land. Enough land that we can have a runway for our airplane or flying car (or both?). I also want acres and acres of raspberries. The house will be nice, but not too big. And there will be a shop for Ammon to putter. Sometimes we talk about having a boutique where we sell flowers and raspberries that we grow, things Ammon made while puttering, and maybe some pumpkins. And then there's the yoga studio that would accompany the boutique. Naturally we will be wealthy enough to pay someone to take care of most of this while we take our plane and travel the world. The location of this property has not yet been decided, but it will be warm. No more winters. We can just visit the snow when we feel a longing for it.

Anyway, that's just one of our fantasies that we weave when we are weaving. It might not be everyone's dream life, but I think it would suit us just fine. Just so long as it involves a lot of time together for a long time. You see, we really like being together. We don't really have many friends. I think it's because we are enough for each other. So, here's to 6 years. And since we have decided that we think we have at least 2 more years in us, here's to the next 2 as well (at that point we can reassess:) I love you, Ammon.

I can't believe it's been 6 years! I remember your beautiful misty wedding day clearly! You both are a perfect match and I love you dearly. Can I get a ride in your flying car?
